We are very proud to announce the news that our much-loved Chair won the AOP Optometrist of the Year.

The LOC sends huge congratulations to Prab that her hard work has been recognised & looks forward to continuing to raise the profile of optometry in Wolverhampton.

 

 

Very Exciting news the Our PEARs / MECs services has been listed for the final of the Health and Science Journal Awards for their collaboration and hard work with Wolverhampton Eye Hospital. 

For 35 years the HSJ Awards, have recognised, celebrated, and promoted the finest achievements in NHS, and showcased them to the service’s most influential leaders.

Over that time the HSJ Awards have grown to become the most sought after accolade in British healthcare – and very probably the largest awards programme of its type in the world. With 23 categories to choose from, the awards reflect the full spectrum of the NHS’s services and challenges.

UPDATE: Unfortunately we did not win this time round, However we are so proud of our recognition to be amongst HSJ's Finalists. 

 

Following a great NOC Wolves LOC predict a busy and very exciting 2017. To keep all colleagues updated, we entered the NOC poster competition again this year with a poster highlighting our VR project and we are very proud to announce we again were recognised very highly and were runners up again.
